Many studies have shown that working out with a partner or a group can help exercises stay morecommitted and may help them lose more weight. However, when you can’t make it to Bootcamp, thereare options available online to still get a workout in that is approximately 20-30 minutes. The followingare some ideas that can help you stay active when you have to work out at home instead of going toBootcamp.

Legacy Fitness Afterhours-  this is your boot camp workouts but from the privacy of your home.  Although its not quite up and running…it will be shortly.

Tone It Up- this website by two personal trainers offers fun seasonal workouts, training and diettips, and fitness challenges

YouTube- check out Legacy Fitness’ YouTube channel, as well as the category and search areasof YouTube for workout ideas

Magazine Websites- Magazines like Fitness, Womens Health, Self, and even Real Simple offershort strength and cardio plans that are usually developed by experienced and celebrity trainers.

Gaiam.tv- Health and wellness media company Gaiam offers a paid monthly membership forstreaming of several of their fitness videos and documentaries, including yoga and strengthtraining.

Netflix- if you already have a subscription to Netflix, check out their streaming and DVDselection of fitness videos
