Welcome to Legacy Fitness Training!
This is far from your military bootcamp environment. I am not going to yell, scream, or cuss at you. The classes are fast-paced and fun. We do many different types of training including plyometrics, calisthenics, body weight exercises mixed with interval training and strength training. I can tell you how great and different it is, but my best advice is for you to just come and try it out.
I have three morning classes Monday through Friday and two evening classes Monday through Thursday. Mornings are at the New Life Community Church in Gardner and evenings are held at the Great Mall of the Great Plains in Olathe.
I will also be adding a Kids Boot Camp soon. This will allow me to start teaching kids at a young age the importance of exercising and eating healthy and make it fun at the same time. I have teamed up with a local dietitian and offer kids cooking classes in combination with exercise.
